They have the exact same pixel density (201 PPI), so while the 15-inch model has more pixels, both look just as sharp. Like the models before it, the Surface Laptop 5 comes in two different sizes, 13.5 and 15 inches, but they're very similar aside from that. The front-facing camera is a 5MP sensor supporting 1080p video for calls and meetings and Windows Hello, and there's a rear camera with a 10MP sensor that can record 4K video.
